I had to return it. At first it looked fine and probably is a great unit. I think I just got a lemon. It was extremely difficult to turn on. It turned off well enough but no matter how long I held the button, I couldn't get it to turn on. It turned on fine the first couple of times I used it , then it wouldn't turn on at all. When I plugged it into the computer, it came up the first time, but the computer would not recognise it after that. It was fully charged and I think I just got a lemon. I really liked the look of it and the large screen but it didn't work for me so I got a full refund.After experiencing the same on/off button problem for a second time, the dealer very generously and graciously sent me a replacement and this one is a little marvel. I loved everything about the player before except for the problem of the on/off button but it seems to finally be remedied and I absolutely love the little player. It is perfect for my use of listening to audio books in MP3 format and the metallic blue colour is very attractive. I would do business with this dealer again. They are very, very honest people.Like I said they are very honest people but I could not contact them by the email they supplied if I had a problem. Email kept being returned as not accepted. Now to the final problem. It is a very nice unit WHEN it works. Out of the 6 that I received from them, 2 are still working very well, 2 had some on/off problems which they replaced, and 2 of them were stone cold dead on arrival. They would not turn on, they would not charge, they would not show up on the computer when plugged in. Nothing, absolutely nothing. I sent them to a recycling plant as they were useless.Now my main concern with the last 3 that arrived is that 2 of them came in a normal size shipping box and in their own boxes. The last one (which is stone cold dead) arrived in box big enough for a computer monitor, no internal packing, it just rattled around in the box. The box was very poorly put together as the flaps were loose and there was just one strip of packing tape trying to keep the flaps closed. There was a big gap in the top and bottom of the box. When I opened it, the earphone and charging cord were just floating around in the box. The MP3 player box was partially opened and looked like it was jammed shut. No sign of the MP3 player. I finally located it under one of the partially opened flaps. the whole thing looked like someone was extremely angry who packed it and just threw everything into this large box. this is the seller's fault. But they need to know how they items have been shipped in case this happened to anyone else. The dealer's are very honest people and I am sure they did not send it out like that.Another puzzle is that the seller is called Lovre but the player has Benjie printed on the back of it. (That's not so unusual) but when you plug in the Benjie player, it shows up as a Chenfec. Now I have two other Chenfec:s that at 16 gb and no problems whatsoever. (I'm almost afraid to jinx them by saying that). But these 8gb Chenfec, Benjie, Lovre seem to have problems. It may have something to do with the design or manufacture of the 8 gb but it is really a nice looking unit if it was consistent. So out of 6 I had 2 that was completely dead on arrival and could not be reviewed, 2 that seem to be working very well, and 2 that have a on/off button sticking problem sometimes.I was really concerned for the seller's sake about the angry condition that last one was sent out in and the appalling way it was received in addition to not working.,I am so sorry for this seller, they are trying.

I have tried the player in the car with usb. It "works very well" ( fantastic ) on usb. also when listening to my Spoken Word podcast. It also works very well with two different bluetooth headphones and a bluetooth enabled tv. Everything paired perfectly with the player. The music sounds very good also The support person that I talked to was very helpful. The support is awesome, and I mean that to the highest degree. The quality of the player is very good. The aluminum metal body makes it a nice expensive looking player. It will last a long time.

I wanted an alternative device other than my smartphone for listening to music while at the gym or while studying or simply for listening to music; This because the smartphone is so distracting and this mp3 keeps me away in those moments when all I want is to listen to music. In addition, I liked it because is light, it is metallic which means quiality, and it is slylish. A big plus I find is the FM radio capability which allows me to listen to radio stations I like without spending data. The Bluetooth capability is another function I find convenient. I am really enjoying this device, higly recommended.

I bought this bluetooth mp3 for my daughter High quality device with nice price it is better that I was expected touch screen very slim and beautiful design perfect size for easy carry out or put it in pocket ,easy to use ,the storage capacity is pretty large enough to store many things songs ,files .... ,the quality sound and noise free is very obvious very useful multi- functions,my daughter take it to gym so she can listen to the music and use it as well for E-book reading she is very happy that she got something like this.

I loved how easy this was to operate right out of the box. There weren't any crazy programs to learn or hard menus to navigate. I plugged this into my computer, copied my songs over to the song folder and just like that I was on my way listening to music in my car. This plugged right into the USB port of my car and played instantly. The touch screen is also super sensitive and menus are definitely beginner level to navigate. I gave it to my 10 year old nephew and he was able to operate it with zero instruction, a great starter music player for all ages !

Nice compact MP3 Player! Music sounds great on it and I am able to use for a voice recorder for my various lectures so I can re-listen and take notes at my own pace. It has enough storage that I can have a couple lectures stored and music for a few hours for my daily workouts. Thanks!

Literally the only real complaint I have for this thing is that it won't connect to my car stereo (the exact only reason I even bought it), but it turned out that the stereo was just really picky when it comes to Bluetooth devices, as proved through an excellent ability to successfully connect to two different pairs of regular Bluetooth headphones.Now if only the Bluetooth could be made available for more than just the music feature...(The radio relies on the use of a regular headset for an antenna, and the gallery and video player cut the Bluetooth off before they an be used)The body looks as if it can take some serious damage. Time to experiment :)
