Do you just brush in on the grey hair and let it dry? How long do you leave it on?

You just brush it into the hair and leave it. The longer you leave it the better. It won't come off on your pillow even if you don't wash your hair. The instructions say that it works even better and quicker if you stand under the sun after applying it.

Does it come with English instruction?

It doesn't come with English instructions but if you search on the internet you can find sites that have the instructions translated. I'm afraid I don't have the URL I found handy but you should be able to find one by searching without too much effort. You might also be able to take a picture of the Japanese instructions and have a translation program translate them.

Do I have to apply it every time i wash my hair.

You can adjust the color of your hair depending on how many times you use it.

Do u have to go out to the sun immediately after application while it's wet? i apply in the morning b4 work, but sun isn't strong enough until noon.

I did go under the sun immediately and found that it works well that way.
