Nice paste, no real complaints and made a nice curry with it. Authentic but smelly
Loved this paste. Best tasting, authentic Thai curry I’d managed to find outside of SE Asia - but despite cooking with the extractor fan on and windows open, and despite all pans having been washed up - the house smelled for about three days 🤣
