I take D-ribose... does anyone know if riboside is the same ingredient?

No they are different. Both might be taken with similar health goals in mind, but they work by different mechanisms, they just SOUND the same. This product's ingredient is Nicotinamide Riboside (so technically it is closer to B3/Niacin than D-ribose which is a sugar). However it is different than B3/Niacin, important as an orally available method to boost the NAD+ concentration in cells.
