These are easy to use which is great, but they did not whiten as much as I was hoping they would.

The process takes a bit longer than claimed. Took me two packs and my teeth were only slightly yellowed from smoking. But the convenience is SO worth it over those obnoxious ones that don't fit and leave you drooling everywhere.
