This is a great travel case for my insulin. Even though I don't have to keep mine refrigerated after taking it out from being refrigerated, it can stay good for up to 28 days unrefrigerated. I don't use it like a cooler case. I use it to take with me wherever I go, and since it has an extra compartment to keep my needle tips in, it is very convenient. I actually throw it in a larger travel case that also stores my glucometer test strips and pricking pen. The case is very sturdy and looks really nice visually. The sleeves are a bit tight when pulling them out, but that's a good thing, keeping them from coming loose in the future. But so far, so good; everything checks out on quality and price, and you can also use it to store other pens like semaglutide. I believe you will be happy with this if you get it.

This insulin holder is wonderful for traveling! Perfect for insulin pen storage and will hold 4 insulin needled. I bought 2 holders for a cruise and both were great due to the quality, durability and being portable. Both fit in my toiletry bag for traveling and also fit in my daily bag for excursions!!

This is perfect to hold the Kwick Pen and needles. Very convenient and stylish. I love the purple color. The only thing missing is a place for the alcohol swabs.

This is a Solid Case, definitely do not have to worry about your pen or needles falling out. Making this case Ideal to use travel with. It's even convenient for at home use. As it highly visible, easy to find as it does not look like a typical case. It is heavy grade material which is sure to help with temperature fluctuation when out. Convenience of the needle holders are ideal when jeeping your used needles from getting lost or in the wrong hands. A very functional case you will find is no other. A great value for the money.

This is a great Insulin carrier for the insulin pens and the little needle attachments. You have to use a cold pack with it however. It doesn't stay cold long enough.
