does it come in assembly with tripod?

No. This is only the treaded insert for the tripod. It fits common binoculars, spotting scopes, etc. the trigger stick 3 is sold separately. The trigger stick does come with this attachment and also a fork gun rest.

Will this fit my primos trigger stick tall mono pod?

It fits mine very well. Most likely it should fit yours if it is unaltered.

This is the adapter plate that allows you to mount accessories like a GoPro, camera, spotting scope, 2 point gun rest and other items that have a 1/4” x 20 thread pattern on the bottom of them. My Primos shooting stick came with one initially and I bought a few extra so that I could quickly swap out devices.
