If you’re doing the Pilates by izzy challenge, don’t get this
Love the aesthetic of the brand overall and while they make really good bangles, their Pilates ball is not actually functional for Pilates. The matte texture (again, while aesthetic) makes gripping the ball almost impossible. And if you’re wearing leggings—completely forget about it. A workout that’s already challenging is annoying with this ball, because it won’t hold in place. It’s also slightly too large for Pilates. Also this ball is unnecessarily expensive considering it is made of pvc just like most Pilates balls.If you’re doing the Pilates by izzy challenge—buy the ball from Move Active (same brand Izzy uses) as it’s much smaller and the sheen helps you grip with no issues.
