Totally disappointed by the product

Totally disappointed by the product. Within a month one side stopped working and grey part came out without any physical pressure on it. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS!!!

This is the ultimate disappointment. I wonder since when Samsung Corporation sends out their original products in sachets. The toggle button turns on the time voice, but no track switching or volume change. Garbage.

... in two days from my purchase which was really good as I needed it but the problem was there ...

I received the headphone in two days from my purchase which was really good as I needed it but the problem was there is not even one extra head! Usually when you buy a headphone there are extra plastic head with different sizes and in case you spoil one or loose one! Not having an extra head maybe the seller know it will not last long that you need an extra head! I lost one the head after a day of usage and now it is not usable for me anymore :(
