My brand new pencil won't connect to my Ipad. I have turned it on and off but nothing happens. What should I do?

Hello, Firstly, please double-check if your Ipad model is compatible with this stylus. This stylus doesn't need to connect Bluetooth, just press the button on the top to turn on / off, if you turn on the Bluetooth, please turn off Bluetooth: Settings > Bluetooth > Turn off Bluetooth, or follow the steps to disconnect the Bluetooth connection between your iPad and Apple Pencil: Settings > Bluetooth > Apple Pencil > tap "i" > Forget this device. If you need any more further support, please reach us through Amazon or email to sales@mekotech.com, we will reply to you within 24 hours. Thank you.

I just purchased one and it works intermittently. Is it because of my screen protector or is it malfunctioning?

Hello dear customer, If the stylus works intermittently, please replace a new tip and try and make sure the tip is screwed properly. We recommend you not to use paper screen protector because it will accelerate the wear of the tip. If you have any further problems, please reach us through Amazon or email to sales@mekotech.com, we will reply to you within 24 hours. Thank you.
