I love this supplement, it gives me my energy back after years of health issues. It needs to be used with measure (do your homework or ask a health practitioner) but it works well, so for me, I don't even need it every day.

I've felt better since taking it, my joints, energy levels, sleep... all noticeably better in just a couple weeks and I'm only taking a single pill a day to be sure my system is okay with it. I haven't seen a difference in youthening, as of yet. But it's still early in my bottle. The one thing I dropped a star for is the capsules smell and taste like petroleum. It's gross, though it only lasts a moment. Just makes me wonder if corners were cut anywhere else, like a suspicion that's in the back of my mind slowly whittling away at my trust of this product and company. Otherwise, this product has been great so far! I recommend it, if you can get past the uncomfortable idea of ingesting an obvious petroleum product every day.
