Best book on anxiety, stress and fear
Before reading this book I was dealing with anxiety and unknown fear but after reading this book I'm trying to change my thinking. I love this book, how easily it explains everything with a great stories and illustrations. I'll read this book again and again it's help me alot. Good Start, But Repetitive and Not Enough for Severe Anxiety
I picked up Don’t Believe Everything You Think hoping it would help with the kind of deep, overwhelming anxiety that I call the “red zone.” In my personal scale, the green zone is normal life stress, the yellow zone is manageable anxiety that improves with positive effort, and the red zone is where thoughts feel uncontrollable and everything feels heavy. For someone like me currently in the red zone, this book offered some help, but not as much as I expected. The author repeatedly emphasizes one main idea: you are responsible for how you think, and you can stop negative thoughts by identifying a reason and shifting your focus. While this may work for people in the green or yellow zones, it starts to feel repetitive if you’re already overwhelmed and trying everything—from medication to meditation. There are a few story-based paragraphs that were okay but not very inspiring or deeply impactful. So far, I have read about 107 pages (12 chapters), and the message keeps repeating without offering deeper tools for someone who is struggling intensely. Overall, I would rate this book 3 out of 5. It may help readers with mild to moderate anxiety, but for those dealing with severe or “red-zone” levels, it might feel too repetitive and not practical enough.

A Book Of Miracles
Dear Joseph, I just finished your Book of Miracles — “Don’t Believe Everything You Think.” To say thank you would be an extremely small gesture, so I’ll describe it instead as being in a state of non-thinking. May the Universe shower you with immense blessings and more miracles. I truly needed this at this very moment. I’m going through quite a rocky road due to my thinking attribute — which I shall, and have, instantly switched off. I will always be aware now to turn off the button whenever it gets turned on. This was truly an inspiring book and a hardcore, factual read — a blessing that fell right into my lap. I received this book from Amazon today at noon and finished it by 6 in the evening. I don’t think I’ve ever known anyone to have explained and given the key to the door of the Universe in a simpler, more truthful manner. Would love to stay in touch with you. Best book I've read in a long time
I have read my self help and spiritual books but this book has definitely been one of the best books I have read. I haven't put it down. So much wisdom that seems simple but I am sure the majority of people don't do including myself. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for transformation. I'm already feel physically and mentally lighter just reading and applying what I learned over the last three days. I can't wait to see what's I'm store for myself with this new knowledge Amazing book and I don't think anyone would ever regret reading this book.

I have been feeling bad lately and i was searching a book to help me with selflove this was a tittle that i had seen even before on the internet and without giving too much of a thought I bought it and finished it in 2hours cuz I couldn’t stop reading it… everything written here i wanna believe that its the truth about life and that if we open up to it we will start living an amazing life…great book well built precise and the style of writing is so gentle i felt like someone wise who cares about me was giving me all this life lessions…
