I put this sight glass in a hot water tank used to supply heat in my home heated by a wood stove. Water temp will reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit. The sight glass heโs done a good job. The water tank is non pressurized

Pipe threads will not seal, rated to 800 PSI on the description, threads bottom out and no sealing.
I wanted to use this for a sight glass on a tank that holds about 100 PSI. The description rates the PSI at 800. The pipe threads bottom out before every tightening up on the tapered thread. Tried to install it on two different 2" pipe couplings.
