I really love this gum. I've had times where I was in sudden pain and needed something to work very quickly. I keep a pack in my purse. It works very fast. I also have chewables which tend to last longer but not as quickly. I would highly recommend. It tastes fine - not delicious or anything - but fine.

This gum is a lifesaver for throat burning acid reflux. Plus it is easily accessibly to carry in your purse or person. Plus the taste of the berry flavor is very good considering the work it does and easy to chew, plus they are sugar free!!

I found this to have a really nasty taste. I got a burst of the berry flavor in the beginning, which was delicious, but then it quickly wore off and the taste was really nasty. I can’t really say if it helped or not because I did not chew it for super long.

The moment I begin chewing, I begin feeling better. The downside...you have to force keeping it together when you begin chewing as it gets piecey for a second...but if you can get through that it's worth the relief to your tummy. For me, it's worth it. Fabulous find 🏆 Also, nothing sticks out about it that would let anyone know you were 'taking an antacid'... you're just chewing gum. Flavor doesn't last long, nor good texture for chewing...but because it goes to work right away...you don't need it long.

The Reflux Gourmet literally changed my life and the enjoyment of feeling "normal" again. It had become so hard to eat anything past two in the afternoon and get a normal night's sleep. I had hoped the gum version would be a good, more portable way to use it but it in no way compares to the original creme in the tube. For me, the gum was a waste of money.
