Idiot. List ingredients. Sugar or substitute?

Our box is from 2015 which we kept in case we want more Jell-o Blackberry Fusion Gelatin Desert. The first ingredient listed on the back of the box is sugar. If you are right that Jell-o has ceased to list the ingredients, it is idiot. Further is it legal??
