Absolutely love this piece of jewelry. I purchased the smallest one for my tragus and ended up getting one for my nose too. Although, I purchased the wrong size for my nose, I kept it to use in a different piercing and bought the next smallest size down for my nose which ended up being perfect. Very happy so far and I have sensitivities to certain metals and I haven't had a single issue.
