Is this useful for a 12 year old girl to learn how to improve her swing?

This question is best answered by a professional. However, I do believe that just concentrating on a swing that is inside out leaves much less of a chance of the left wrist breaking down. That seemed to be true in my case and eliminated the need for the brace. Hope this helps.

Not sure which product you are looking at. The picture is a wrist band, I ordered and receive an arm band which is what I reviewed. If you are looking at the arm band, yes it is universal. However, someone with big arms may feel it's a little bit too tight. I does stretch.

なかなか使えます!

平均より手首が太めの私にとっては、マジックテープの位置が若干離れてしまい、きちんと絞って装着しないと直にマジックテープの面が手首を擦り、痛みを伴います。しかし、肝心のハンドファーストの形を維持する練習には問題なく使えております。何倍も値の張る、同じような商品のレビューで耐久性の問題が書かれておりますが、こちらの商品は正しく装着すれば何十回でも使えると思います。
