Easy use, best cold
Updating: Tastes best cold from fridge. To me, tastes like a citrus drink and not overly sweet and not sour. I really appreciate that it does NOT have Stevia, which I cannot tolerate. Coq10 is most absorbable with a healthy fat so I always take mine with some type of healthy fat whether it’s yogurt or avocado, etc. and so far it hasn’t caused any adverse effects that I’m aware of. I plan to continue using.
