It might support your back abit but not compared to an actual back support strap. I don't see much point in this item. Didn't notice much more sweating I'm not sure it does anything at all. Quality is decent but I think it might be the most pointless thing I've bought this year. I'll keep trying it see if anything happens

Very good, fits well and helps sweat and helps weight loss

Excellent product, I am 6.2" tall, so I bought the XL band. Compared to other products I have tried before, I find this one to be perfect as it covers a large portion from the hips to the chest, so the complete abdominal band, remains stable in position during training, as well as increasing perspiration, thus the temperature in those areas and helping to eliminate subcutaneous fat this band also helps with back support. This is important for me as I have suffered from back pain and am always concerned in training not to risk overloading and to have pain in that area. Recommended.

Now I have been shopping on Amazon for years and I don't usually leave reviews but I had to for this product! I have tried soooooo many waist trimmers which were "good" and some "terrible" but nothing compares to this!!! This is GREAT! I have been using it for months and I will be buying more. I will advice seeing from previous customers photos that have gotten bruises is to wear something with it! I have never used it directly on my skin. I always have a little vest or shirt to cover my skin before I place the trimmer on top and I have never ever gotten any bruising from it. So please protect your skin before wearing ANY trimmer. But this one is by far the greatest hold. And especially great for indoors or working out. Since it's bulky I don't wear it outside. But I do love it. And I could probably wear it outside during winter. If you're thinking of buying it, please do! It has a great hold and last all day.

Works well Heavy duty material. Very thick. The velcro on it is a huge patch. Not small, easy to wear. Easy to clean. Wipe down after use size is great. It can fit up to a large person or a small person. Look at the dimensions in the size before ordering would recommend for anyone I use. Not as a waste reducer but as a back support say if I threw my back out or hurt my back. I put this around my ribs and back and it helps me but it also makes you sweat so it would be good for a waist reducer as well

Très bonne ceinture de sudation, confortable et efficace J’utilise cette ceinture de sudation Bracoo SE22 depuis quelques jours pendant mes séances de sport (marche rapide, gainage et cardio boxing) et j’en suis vraiment satisfait. La qualité du néoprène est très bonne : la ceinture est solide, bien finie et ne dégage pas d’odeur chimique comme certains produits similaires. Le scratch tient parfaitement, même quand on bouge beaucoup, et la ceinture reste bien en place pendant l’entraînement. Ce que j’apprécie particulièrement : Bonne largeur, elle couvre bien toute la zone abdominale Effet sudation rapide : on transpire vraiment au niveau du ventre pendant l’effort Confortable : elle ne gêne pas les mouvements Facile à ajuster grâce au système de velcro Peut se porter sous un tee-shirt sans problème Après chaque séance, on voit clairement l’effet de sudation, ce qui motive encore plus à continuer l’entraînement. Pour le prix, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. C’est un accessoire simple mais très efficace pour accompagner les séances de sport et travailler la zone abdominale. fascia addominale molto ben fatta. Aderisce perfettamente all'addome anche se non propriamente longilineo. grazie al velcro presente su tutta la superficie della fascia può essere regolato a qualsiasi circonferenza e, nonostante allenamento intensivo, non cede minimamente. Dopo oltre 3 mesi di utilizzo pressoché quotidiano con altrettanti lavaggi, la fascia non ha perso minimamente la sua elasticità e la sua stabilità. Consente una sudorazione copiosa e uniforme. La fascia è un po' spessa e dopo un po' può risultare leggermente fastidiosa, ma ci si fa l'abitudine.
