Only adequate.
Product is VERY flexible. Makes it easy to bend around corners, but also makes it more difficult to align ON the door edge to get clean installation. The adhesive is NOT adequate in our hot climate (Texas) started coming off almost immediately. I replaced it but it shows the same problem. Probably will have to supplement the included adhesive with some other product. I like the flexibility, but that is about all it has going for it.

Not 26 feet. more like 15. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until I only had 6 feet left after using only 9.
