I thought I would really stuggle to use these and feel panicky .However, maybe due to the opening I was fid and kept the tape on all night with no problem falling asleep.It was so nice to wake up without a dry mouth.It's early days but so far so good! Slightly stingy taking off but no skin problems from the adhesive.

These tapes are great for anyone wanting to try. I’ve been using for quite a while. I do though find them and other brands too wide so I cut them in half. Last twice as long then. They are soft and don’t pull and they stay in place all night, though what I do like is that if you need a drink during the night it does reapply quite easily. There is no scent to these strips, I’ve tried the scented ones and I find them irritating and a total waste of time, the smell doesn’t related to anything I’ve smelt.

Good, sticky and you can breath through the little gap but it might be too sticky, hurts in the morning to take it off, need to be really gentle

I'm very impressed with these mouth strips, im using the ones with the little vent in the middle. I've been on CPAP therapy since May last year and find my mouth gets very dry despite using a humidifier and heated hose (as recommended). I'm obviously as mouth breather at night, which is probably what is causing my mild OSA. I've tried 2 different chin straps to keep my mouth closed, but both were uncomfortable and left indentation in my scalp the next morning, as well as temporary facial marks. I then tried using porous surgical tape to keep my mouth closed but that kept coming off. I saw these tapes advertised and thought 'OK, let's try them' and I haven't looked back. I've had no problem wirh peeling the back off, you just pull the perforation until it snaps and then peel like a plaster. The tape stays on all night, there may be a little residue when taking it off and, occasionally, a loose strand of bamboo, but they come off easily. Having sensitive skin, I have noted a little redness around the seal at times, but the pros of waking with a moist mouth (and whiter teeth!) outway this for me. I'm on my second box and have ordered a third using the discount voucher provided giving 50% off. This will continue to be part of my sleep regime.

Dreadful! I am used to taping my mouth shut to sleep. I usually use a different tape, thought i'd try a new one, this one!. Never again!.....sorry now that I bought two boxes!! The tape is SO STRONGLY ADHENSIVE, You cannot prize it off in the morning, without seriously damaging your skin. Lots of salivia built up under it during the night, after 5 hours, restless sleep, i can to remove as so uncomfortable, will be going back to my brilliant medical tape that costs 39p a roll in home bargins! The opening on the front of the mouth tape didnt prevent mouth breathing. It does prevent yawning! Dont waste your hard earned money its really worst tape ive ever tried :-(

Works perfectly, gently closes the lips, the right amount of stickiness, easy to remove. No mouth dryness on waking. All contributing to a great nights sleep

Good patches but leave residue and so difficult to remove it. Lingers on lips and area around all day.
