My current SIM card is defective so I bought this blank SIM card to replace my bad SIM Card but Infimobile would not activate the new sim card. It's cheaper to buy it on Amazon and there is faster shipping. The only option is to buy it through Infimobile website or call them to request a replacement which they will charge over $20 for priority shipping. Don't waste your time with Infimobile.

Ported my existing number and activated a new Infimobile plan with this SIM, and everything worked exactly as expected. I signed up for their $49/5GB monthly promo (good for 12 months), which is a fantastic value for what you get. Just make sure to check your phone’s IMEI on the Infimobile website before ordering so you know it’s compatible. Once the SIM arrived, I went back to their site to activate it. The setup walks you through porting your number—as long as you already have your account number and port‑out PIN from your previous carrier, the process is straightforward. I did the whole activation on my phone and it took under 30 minutes from start to finish. It probably would’ve been even quicker on a computer, but overall the experience was smooth and easy. I’ve used Infimobile’s Verizon‑based service with other family members too, and it’s been solid for the price. The only slowdown we’ve noticed is the usual MVNO congestion in busy areas, which is pretty standard across most budget carriers. Otherwise, coverage and performance have been great for what you pay.

Terrible customer service. You will NOT get any help if you run into problems, and you WILL. I finally figured out the activation problem on my own, after chatting with their useless support who kept telling me to do the same wrong steps every time. They over charged me near $20 in fees and taxes on an $50 annual plans and would not fix the problem. Be warned that their fixed price annual plans is NOT what you will pay. Complete scam!

They want to charge you $7+ if you want to move your esim from one device to another every single time! Same if u get new physical Sim card, so might as well just buy this and can use with as many devices I want without the scrappy support.

If you the kind if person that can do some phone stuff without retail counter help then this is a great deal. Otherwise you gonna need someone has set up phone service before, including an updated APN entry for data connection, etc

Can’t transfer a plan buy buying their SIM card ahead of time…. Low grade outfit

Sim is fine. Can't find a visual voicemail app that works with this.
