Part of the magic of a hut trip is getting warm around the fire at the day’s end, so make it even cozier with the Rab Cirrus Hut Boot. This lightweight packable slipper is built with synthetic PrimaLoft Silver insulation to keep you toasty, without being bulky. Slipping won’t be a concern thanks to the tacky PU outsole. And the tall cuff keeps your ankles warm, so you can focus on recharging for the day ahead.

Very nice bootie
40 years ago I bought a set of polar guard booties and recently gave them to a nephew. Of course I wound up regretting being nice and went on a man hunt for a similar set of booties—the closest I could find at a reasonable price were these RAb Cirrus Hut booties. I bought these Rab booties to wear primarily in my sleeping bag during cold weather camping.I like the fit, comfort, quality—they look exceptionally well made and should be perfectFor my needs. The booties sole is a rough surface nylon similar to pack cloth, and should have some gripOn snow but not too much. My only complaint, is that the opening at the top of the cuff could be too smallFor people with bigger feet…my foot is a size 8.5 and the distance between the apex of my heel and my instep is five inches… so when I put my foot in the bootie this is where the fit is snug (during donning) and that is while wearing a thin gym sock.A midweight hiking sock is tighter still, but I can get my foot in the bootie. A bigger foot will struggle.Once my foot is in the bootie it is very comfortable, and the sole which feels like closed cell foam or something similar, adds under the foot insulation and stability while walking around. I like the cinch cord at the opening.I did find, that when putting the bootie on that it helped to put the sole on the ground while angling the upper boot back and sliding my foot in, and more or less forward.Again, in my opinion, the opening needs a good inch more of relief.Otherwise, this is a simple well made bootie.

Comfy Cozy
These are my favorite winter accessory. My feet stay cozy, the slippers are comfortable and don’t feel bulky if I am wearing them under a blanket. Quality, functional and the ultimate in coziness

Cozy feet in camp.
These are great for letting my toes stretch out, keeping them warm and cozy, but still allowing me to put my feet on damp or dirty ground where socks would get nasty.

Love these!
I’ve been wanting these for a long time and finally took the plunge. They did not disappoint! They come with their own pouch for easier packing and they are super warm. I got them mainly for mountaineering trips. It’s nice to be able to keep my feet warm without having to keep my heavy mountaineering boots on. They have a soft sole so not very suitable for rocky terrain, but perfect for a chalet or inside the tent.

Excellent Quality, Not Quite So Warm
Well made and fit great. Not as warm as hoping for.

Just average
I have had many pairs of what I refer to as "Down booties" over the years. Here are my plus / minus for the Rab Cirrus Hut boot. I haven't decided whether to keep or return yet, but am leaning toward keeping.PositiveLess "puffy" than some other down booties I've had. They are easier to walk around the house in.Comfortable and form fitting. The boot tightener at the top is easy to use.NegativeIt is a bit tight getting your foot into the bottom, but there is a handy loop on the back you can use to help pull the boot with to get your foot inside.Overpriced. I got them on sale and I still think they are overpriced. Worth about $40 in my opinionWarmth is okay, but nothing extreme. I was hoping they would be a bit warmer.

Great Insulated Boots
Haven't used them in any temp lower than 40F, so I don't know how well the are below that. Otherwise they kept my feet warm while camping and even at home.

Somewhat good
These keep my feet really warm, the warmest I've ever owned. The only drawback is that, when putting your foot in it, it sort of get jammed before reaching the heel, the part around the ankle is simply too skinny to make for a smooth entry. Just be warned of this issue. Other then that, they are great! Maybe overpriced though, $40 would be more like it.
