You know I have suffered thru about every kind of Protein Powder on the face of this earth. Trutein is as good as it gets. Milk is better than Almond Milk and Almond Milk is better than Water. But i'll tell you. Even Water with Trutein is better than any other Protein Powder with Milk. I'm telling you. It's just a fact. It's expensive..... but you get what you pay for. My wife uses Coconut Milk in her Shakes because she has an adverse reaction to almonds. If you give Trutein a chance. You won't regret it. And NO I don't work for Trutein. I don't know a soul who works there or anyone who would benefit from my thoughts on this product. I just know it's the best. And not by inches. But by miles..... The only Con I can think of with Trutein? Is that I wish they had more flavors and would bring back some of the flavors they've discontinued.

I bought as much of the "sample" sizes i could to try out as much flavors as possible b/c once you buy a tub & open it, well, u know. And i have to say of ALL the 10 flavors, the banana creme - WOW - & u don't have to put a lot of the powder like the others & i already taste the bananas. Other protein brands don't even compare in banana flavor. The 2nd runner up is the lemon meringue & the rest, all even. What i noticed w/ the rest, red velvet, smores, mocha, strawberry creme, salt n caramel, etc. i have to use 1/2 the sample bag to get the flavor out. W/ the banana, maybe 1 full tablesp., lemon meringue, 2 tbs. I wish most brands would provide sample bags like this brand b/c it's the way to go before you buy a 2 or 4lb tub. The powder itself i had no problems w/ blending, i NEVER do nhow, as long as i use my Nutribullet. Otherwise, shaking it violently yourself just doesn't cut it! NO matter what protein brand u use.

Good for protein shake

Im a very overweight male and i ordered all of their samples, all were good..This product is diffirent then the others i tried, these drinks seem to suppress the hunger hormon rather then making me feel full..If anyone understands the hormon its the one that tells your brain your hungry...I suggest these drink mixes to those who are very obese, i dont even have to eat breakfast when i drink these...What flavors do i suggest? Strawberry cream and vanilla..

this is top of the line company and protein powder use it as food intake no snake oil here no bs. be carefull out there junk stores.

The strawberry is the worst flavor so far. I went off the reviews and I'm pretty sure they didn't taste it or I received a bad batch. It's chunchy and taste like the Walmart brand. Unfortunately this product cannot be returned so I'm stuck with it. The color is a bright pink artificial color.

I really like this protein powder mixed with the Costco frozen berries/kale pouch. It mixes up smooth and creamy, unlike most others I've tried (even the vanilla in this same brand was not as thick and creamy). If you like a strawberry shake, you will probably like this one!
