ULTRAHUMAN Ring AIR Smart Ring -Track Sleep, HRV & Stress, No subscription

Ring (size 11- raw titanium) is comfortable to wear and lightweight- easy to connect and charge. I’ve had the ring for about 10 days and it doesn’t disappoint- battery life is between 2-5 days depending on level of data usage. Battery care advises charging between 20-80% in short bursts. A quick charge for 15-20 minutes every other day suits my needs I have opted for the largest battery use in turbo data collection mode (all measurements continuously taken) there is also a medium and low data mode. In regards to accuracy it measures well- I previously had a WHOOP trial band and heart rate, cardio age HRV all seem similar. I really like the App and the dashboard which is easy to use and pleasant on the eye. The AI data interpretation is helpful and I find the recommendations useful. The ring automatically detects various events and will ask for user confirmation before adding/adjusting activity. The PowerPlugs are a handy addition and mostly free. There is a slight monthly subscription for more niche measurements that may suit other individual lifestyles. I still have a few days left before I get a full interpretation of results once my baseline has been set - I definitely enjoy using the data and have found the item value for money- especially as there are no further monthly payments needed to use the product.

I purchased my Ring Air about two weeks ago after researching Smart Rings online. I would absolutely recommend getting the sizing kit first, and spend a couple of days wearing different sized rings on different fingers as it will be worth it in the long run. The ring is great - there is no monthly subscription so you can access a comprehensive range of features through the app. It can take up to 14 days to calibrate with your body - during this time it begins to suggest ways to improve scores and overall well being. Quick and simple to charge - incredibly light, on the right finger it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing anything all. I have no problems recommending the Ring Air as I’m really impressed!!

I strongly advise against purchasing the Ultrahuman Ring Air. While the ring functioned adequately for the first few weeks, the battery unexpectedly expanded, making it impossible to fit onto the charger. Customer service advised me to dispose of it and sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived with a faulty sensor and failed to provide a single reading from day one. Instead of offering a practical solution, support has repeatedly told me to just reset the ring and wait, which has left me without any data for weeks. I am now waiting for a third ring to be dispatched because they are flatly refusing to issue a refund. Save your money and look elsewhere the hardware is completely unreliable.

Had this bought for me as a birthday present and so far I’m more than happy with the ring, all the stats run smoothly… I like the way that I don’t need to carry my phone or wear my Apple Watch if I don’t want to as the ring tracks everything… I wear the size which is a comfy fit without it being tight… I take it off every morning and pop it on the charging dock whilst I take a shower come back to it and it’s fully charged… I know it’s a little more expensive than some of the smart rings out there but I read the reviews on this ring and I was happy with what I read and it’s a big plus that you don’t have to pay monthly for an app… Would I recommend this ring? Most definitely…
