これまで使用していたキッチンバサミの買い替えとして購入しました。 まだ食材の調理には使用していませんが、開封して実際に手に取った印象は非常に良好です。 作りがしっかりしており、刃の噛み合わせも良く、試し切りをした際には切れ味の良さを感じました。 また、オールステンレス製のため見た目に高級感があり、分解して洗える点も衛生面で安心できそうです。 これから肉や野菜などの調理にも使用する予定ですが、現時点では満足しています。

包丁を使わずに鶏ももを切りたくて購入。 とても切れるので良かった。 ただし少し重たいので4枚ぐらい切ると手が痛くなってきました。 ちょっと切りたいものがある時は重宝します。 ハサミが分離するので洗いやすく衛生的。 組み立ては最初中々ハマらず苦戦。 KAIのマークがある方の固定金具を押しながら組み合わせると、すんなり組み立てれました。

すごく良い。カーブ刃なので、薄切り肉を切るとき、肉をすくいあげやすくて良かったです。切れ味も持ち手も気に入っています。確かに切る以外の機能はありませんが、はさみだからそれで良いと思っています。余分な突起や形状はいらない。

指を入れる部分の合わさるところの突起で、家族中一回は指を挟んでいます。 なんであんな外側に本体と同じ金属素材の突起をデザインしたのか？PL法に触れちゃうんじゃない？ まあ、気をつけますし、みなさん気をつけましょう。 分解は出来るし、刃がカーブしているので、パンとかピザとかそういう物を切ったりするのに役立ちます。肉とかは先が尖った普通のキッチンバサミの方が使いやすいかもしれません。

セールで半額ちょいで買いました。さすが関孫六鍛造です。切れ味はよくて肉などはギザギザ刃のお陰で滑らず空中でチョキチョキ切れます。裁ち鋏のようにスパっと切れるというよりザクっと切れる感覚です。慣れないうちにハサミを閉じた時の止め部で指の腹を挟むとかなり痛いのでご注意を。今後製品改善すらならもう少しそこの当たり面の面積を増やした方が良いかと思いました。キッチン✂️として一生モノになりそうです。

鶏もも肉を生の状態で切る目的で購入しました。 他の方のレビューにもありましたが若干重く感じます（許容範囲）。 届いてすぐにもも肉１枚を一口大に切り分けたました。ギザギザの刃でよく切れました。肉を逃さない感じで切れます。私の力が弱いのか若干力を要しました。それと最後の方になったらハサミを押す手が痛くなりました。続けて２枚めのもも肉を切るのに躊躇しました（笑） 安いものではないので長く使っていこうと思います。

ネットで紹介されてたので 購入しました 今持っているキッチン鋏は 鶏肉をカットするときに 滑って切りずらかったのですが これは抜群に切れます 解体して洗えるのもいいですね

Slices and dices through briskets like silk I easily spatchcocked about a dozen turkeys and several dozen chickens and have yet to felt the need to sharpen it My only gripe is that it’s such a good looking knife you almost hesitate to use it

Be warned that the protruding metal bumps at the back of the handle are perfectly placed to pinch your pinky finger. This happened to both myself and a family member who used the scissors, causing painful bruising.
