I purchased this not for sensitivity, but for skin health purposes. No sensitivity issues in that department. Looking at the ingredients, most of the herbs are either to boost bloodflow or increase hormones, pretty standard stuff for sexual health. Most substances aren't really absorbed through the skin all that much ,but who knows? So I apply this before going to sleep every night for about two weeks. When moving onto marital activities with the wife - WOW. The sensitivity was off the charts. My whole life I could last however long I wanted, here, I truly couldn't control it, that's what it did for me. Also be advised a natural pairing here would be some brazil nuts (high selenium, no more than two nuts / day) and a zinc supplement. These will boost your hormones and drive.

This stuff is great. For me, it works as advertised and does it quite well. And, I have no trouble with the pump as mentioned by others. This penile skin treatment has become part of my everyday routine - actually a daily ritual that I look forward to. Glad to have found it.

I gave this stuff four stars because I haven't yet finished the bottle, and I prefer to write reviews "after the fact" rather than "during the process" if you get my meaning. I may choose to upgrade the review in a few weeks' time when the supply runs out. However, I felt compelled to write something favorable in the mean time because it's rare that a product lives up to its billing, here or anywhere else. I'm a pretty active guy ("athletic" may be too strong a word) and as I've hit middle age I've required more in the way of help to heal injuries, bruises, chafing etc. that occurs during my exercise regimens, which include hiking, swimming, the gym, and martial arts. I used to use Man 1 Man Oil, which is decent enough as a skin-replenisher, and once cleared up some bad bruises after a (looks around sheepishly) rather vigorous outing with a younger woman, but which was not ideal for injuries like chafing, because the increase in sensitivity also meant an increase in pain. Recently I went on a massive hike (cough cough, got lost) and got badly chafed. M1MO did nothing to help and I could only use it at night because if I applied it during the day, it made the pain and discomfort worse. I took a chance on Re-Vitalize and am very pleased with the results. Not only does the skin "down there" look much better after about a month's usage, there was no corresponding increase in pain due to increased sensitivity. I use it several times a day and am very pleased with the overall result. Getting older is not easy, nor was it meant to be: however, there's a difference between "not easy" and "needlessly hard" and I think products like this go a long way toward improving quality of life for men who lead active lives, whether outdoors or (cough) in the bedroom.

According to Amazon I first purchased this product nearly 5 years ago, which speaks to how satisfied I am with using it. It's incredibly concentrated so you only need a small amount, with one pump I can do my entire shaft and balls. Unlike previous products I've used, I noticed a tingle when first applied. I had no expectations of increased sensitivity and would be satisfied with the moisturization alone, but after about two weeks of use I noticed improved sensitivity and easier orgasams. The pump does an excellent job of emptying the entire product. I was so satisfied with the quality of this I also use the facial moisturizers and serums from this company (Imagine Dermatalogy.) All the products are extremely concentrated and high quality, and excellent values compared to competitors (yes I know this product is expensive, but have you seen what others charge?!?!) The customer service is also outstanding. IMPORTANT - The "original" versions which I'm revewing has the stimulating ingredients like I've described, but the products has an orange warning sticker because it's very concentrated and some people have a bad skin reaction as described in reviews. Be sure to do the skin test as described before applying to your member. If it doesn't work for you the "Oats" version is similar but without the ginseng, etc. and the company will send you that instead. Anyone who is already sensitive would likely do better with that version.
