Great product. For a diet-friendly alternative, These muffins are surprisingly good. The batch size makes 12 muffins. Although they don’t rise as much due to the type of flower that is used. They have great flavor and nice texture. Overall awesome product!

Makes 12 undersized regular muffins. Slight alcohol taste to me but still edible, rest of the family didn't notice a flavor issue but they don't eat as clean as I do. Good for convenience but it's high carb, and I will not buy this again.

I had tried Lakanto's maple syrup, which I liked, so decided to give the Banana Nut Bread a try. I honestly wasn't too optimistic because it's sugar-free, but I just baked it and was very pleasantly surprised! Clearly you'll notice the difference if comparing to "regular" banana nut bread, but for me this is a great sugar-free dessert that I can enjoy while staying within my macros. I baked for 35 minutes, but needed to leave it in the oven a few extra minutes with the oven off. It smells good and has nice texture. I will definitely buy this again, and I've already purchased the chocolate chip cookie and brownie mixes; can't wait to try them!

Recipe calls for 3 eggs, 1/4 cup oil and 1/2 cup water. It became very liquidy and the pan took near 35 mins to cook. It is still rather 'watery'. The flavor isn't bad but not great. I continue to burp it after 6 hours, not pleasant. There is NOT banana in it but it tastes like it. I feel I won't purchase again, the cost vs the product is just not what I wanted nor expected.
