Are these cookies cooked and packaged in the USA or overseas?

Of Course it is made in China and packaged in the USA. Happy Belly Brand is a well known company in China. They have collaborated a deal with Amazon to partner up and be distributed on Amazon as an Amazon Brand. It's still the Happy Belly Brand with new packaging to list Amazon as the distributor. Remember Amazon is a distributor, not a manufacturer.

Do these now have a new recipe? Pardon my ignorance but explain “Reformulation”

Reformulation is changing the ingredients while keeping taste, look… etc. To me, they tasted like the cookies McDonald’s hadBack in the 80’s

When will the chocolate chunk cookies be available again?

They seem to be available now. I just ordered a package of them.

are these vegan cookie? I don't see a mention of milk or eggs.

Look at the ingredients list on the Amazon site - you have to expand the thumbnail that shows the package back. Ingredients are below the nutritional panel. It clearly states eggs and may contain milk.

Decent cookies

So far these seem to be pretty decent cookies. They are sweet and have a nice ratio of batter to chocolate chips. However, if you are used to Chips ahoy cookies (which have a salty taste), you may find them to be too sweet. My kids, unfortunately, found it that way, so I won’t be purchasing them again.
