Model L - for older women with weaker vaginal muscles.LaliCup menstrual cup is made from 100% medical-grade silicone and contains no latex or harmful BPA. Unlike tampons, it does not irritate the vaginal mucosa by absorbing all vaginal fluid along with the blood. Instead by collecting your menstrual flow, LaliCup preserves the delicate pH and bacterial balance in your vagina. There are also no reported cases of toxic shock syndrome induced by the use of menstrual cup.ComfortableLaliCup menstrual cup can be used comfortably when you go to bed, during travelling and all kinds of leisure and sports activities, even swimming! It is carefully designed and made of soft medical-grade silicone, so that it does not cause any unpleasant sensations during exercise. Even inserting it is quick and simple, because of its smooth texture and soft edges. Just fold it into a smaller format and place it into vaginal canal, lower than you usually insert tampons.ReliableWith the innovatively designed LaliCup you can feel safe and comfortable at all times. The light seal created against the vaginal walls keeps it in the right place and the seal is released only after pinching the base of the cup when you want to remove it.The shape and capacity of LaliCup ensure maximum performance even in the case of increased menstrual flow. It can be safely used while bathing and swimming as it stays in place and prevents water from entering the vagina.EconomicalAn average woman spends between £50 to £120 per year for traditional feminine hygiene products such as pads and tampons. By switching to LaliCup you will make significant savings in the long run. In fact, with LaliCup you will be making a long-term investment that pays for itself in just 3 months!

Great quality softer cup!
Obviously very good quality standard, Lali looks very professional, with volume marks so you can follow your monthly bleeding. It is also well designed and comes with cute little pouch for storing. I got size M, which is actually quite big, comparable to bigger sizes of some other brands. It is very flexible and soft which is actually a reason I wanted to try it out.So, I am relatively new to the menstrual cup world, Lali is my second cup. My previous was fine, but a bit hard, and could cause occasional cramping or press my bladder. All those issues were gone with Lali. Saying that, it is a bit hard to get completely open, and it wouldn't yet just unfold after insertion. However I can easily make it open up my rotating it after insertion. It was perfectly comfortable, I don't even feel it, with no leakage, giving you complete freedom.I will be careful about ordering Lali if you have really strong pelvic muscles or are very active physically, just because it is quite soft cup. However it will cause no pressure on your bladder if that is an issue for you, and it behaved well during milder activities like biking and yoga practice.High quality product, I hope Lali is just The Cup for you!

Try for yourself and decide for yourself!
As much as I wanted this to be for me I just can't seem to get it comfortable in me! I don't know if it's too big? I was told I have an extremely low cervix... could that be a reason? I find it often presses on my bowel making me feel like I need the loo. I have had some hours where it has been ok but I can't figure out where I'm going wrong or if I am. I have tried for 3 cycles. It was easier than the mooncup to remove in my opinion and the tail you pull it out with is much thinner, softer and more comfortable than a moon up, I'd still like it a little longer tho. I honestly think this is the type of thing you just have to try for yourself as we are all different shapes and sizes! Shame it's at such a cost tho.

A great menstrual cup for beginners and advanced users alike
I am a menstrual cup enthusiast and love trying out new cups. I was really excited to try the Lali Cup because I heard such great things about it from other menstrual cup users. The Lali Cup is the first menstrual cup from Slovenia, it's made from medical-grade silicone according to the highest medical and safety standards and it is a more sustainable, eco-friendly, cheaper and healthier alternative to pads and tampons. You can find more info about the cup on their website which also offers a lot of useful tips around folding techniques, cleaning the cup and getting to know your body.Another great thing about the Lali Cup is that it comes in three different sizes: the S model holds 27.4 ml of menstrual fluid, the M model holds 36.5 ml and the L model 41.3 ml. Compared to other cups which usually only come in two sizes and hold around 15-20 ml (smaller model) and 25-30 ml (bigger model), the Lali Cup offers better&longer protection even for people with really heavy flows.I have a medium flow and chose the S model because I have strong pelvic floor muscles and need a firmer cup: the S model is the firmest of the three and I would describe it as a medium firm cup.The silicone is of high quality and soft to the touch, which I enjoyed. It was very easy to fold and insert. The Lali Cup wasn't putting pressure on my bladder, it was very comfortable to use and I didn't feel it at all. I felt protected and safe both during the day and at night. I am an experienced cup user so I didn't have problems with getting the cup to open, but this is something new cup users might need some time to to get used to. There is great advice about how to stop the cup from leaking and how to correctly position it on the Lali Cup website and other online platforms. Give yourself time to get to know your cup.Because my cervix is at around 5 cm, I had to cut off half of the stem of my Lali Cup so it would sit comfortably but this is a standard procedure for me. People with a low or a high cervix can adjust the length of the Lali Cup to their needs so there is no fear of not being able to get hold of the cup to remove it or the cup being too long. Be sure to measure your cervix before buying the cup, though :)Another thing I want to mention is their amazing customer service. They are super friendly, helpful and always reply quickly. You can always contact them if you have any questions about or problems with your Lali Cup.Here is a summary of why I like and will continue to wear the Lali Cup:1) high quality silicone2) three sizes and four colours to choose from3) good capacity, great for a heavier menstrual flow4) very comfortable and reliable5) great customer service6) affordable

Overall good product
I'm a massive fan of menstral cups, having previously tried out a few others before hand, so was excited to try out this one after seeing an ad on Instagram with people raving about it.Good pointsZip up carry caseOthers I have tried didn't include one or had one that tied up with ribbon so to have the security of the zip was more reassuring it wouldn't fall out in my handbag.Easy insertionThe cup has a shiny surface making it easier to slide in. I'm a fan of the u fold. Their website has descriptions of different folds to help you find the best one for you.Stays put, no leaksI was sceptical at first about it moving around and not leaking due to the shiny surface but the double rim at the top meant it stayed put all day without leaking.Easy to cleanThe shiny surface meant the contents could just glide straight out and be rinsed with some hot soapy water. Others I have found tend to get a bit discoloured until they are sterilised but this one didn't.ImprovementsRemovalThe reason I had to downgrade this product was because of the difficulty in removing it. I found the stem far too stretchy meaning if you pulled it, the product wouldn't move, only the stem would stretch further down until the cup would ping out causing the contents to sometimes fly out. I tried to grab the base of the cup itself but because of the u shape of the lalicup, instead of the v shape most cups are, I found it difficult to pinch the base.PackagingWas a bit bashed up on arrival with dents in the box and ink transfer but that can happen to any product in transit.Final thoughtsThe good outweighs the bad. At the end of the day, every woman is different and I think you won't know if a cup is good for you until you've tried it.
