Got this bc my friend recommended me. There was a noticeable difference after first use. My light is not the best, sorry. I am going to keep using it until I see a result I am satisfied with.Taste is very mild, just minty taste and not too minty, no chemical taste or smell. It feels very safe to use. So I will keep using it. No sensitivity after use.

I’m not sure if it whitens my teeth. Application can get really messy if you’re working too slowly.

Wow. Just wow. I had braces for about 5 years and my teeth have been horrendously stained. I've tried every type of whitening strip, toothpaste, you name it I've tried it. I've used this one time.
