After receiving the Laifen Swift Hair Dryer from Amazon, I used it right away and was honestly impressed. The dryer is very lightweight but extremely powerful. It dries my hair much faster than my old dryer, even without using the highest heat setting. The airflow is strong and smooth, and I noticed less frizz after drying. It also runs quieter than expected for such a powerful dryer, which is a big plus. The magnetic nozzle snaps on easily and helps direct airflow exactly where I need it. I really like that it doesn’t feel overly hot, yet still dries quickly — my hair feels smoother and not dried out. The design is sleek, modern, and easy to handle. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, efficient, and high-quality hair dryer.

This hair dryer feels very luxurious. My hair is thick and takes forever to dry, even with a hair dryer. With this hair dryer it drys quickly and doesn't feel like it is frying my hair. I like the three different heat settings and it makes my hair feel very smooth. I would recommend this hair dryer for anyone who is looking for a fancy hair dryer but with a cheaper price.

My old hair dryer began making noises that scared me. I didn't know if it was going to fling a blade at my head or set fire to my hair so I began to look at Consumer Reports for the best hair dryers. This was recommended by them. What I like it it's so quiet! I can make a wind noise to compare it to. Of course it is noise than me but it's not loud at all. It's also so lightweight. It's also smaller than my old Remington. More space in my luggage when I travel. The head attachment is magnetic. Pop on pop off just like that. I love it! And it's powerful! It has a mix of cool then warm air. Back and forth it goes. Oh! It is pleasant! It's so pretty too! And no smell. I hate those compact dryers at hotels. They are too hot and smell. This is not like them at all. I never bought a hair dryer this expensive before but when I bought it through the Consumer Reports I saved $24 than if I went to Amazon on my own. I was comparing it like that. I highly recommend.

Efficient,lightweight,good price

Perfect everyday alternative to Dyson. I worked through Gemini trying to figure out which hair dryer was perfect for my hair under $200. I have naturally kinky curly hair and AI ultimately kept coming back to the laifen swift. I just got it and I LOVE the size. I almost got the mini because I want something compact for travel but the mini doesn’t have quite the same speed and technology. So I went with this and the size is perfect. It made my hair soft and dried pretty quickly. Only knocked a star off because there was no cool button but I think you hold the temp button down to get a cold blast. I also love the built in belt to tie it together. It’s not as curly and tangly as my other tools. I had the Dyson hair dryer for a while and truly this is the same but more compact and lighter and easier to hold.

Very very happy with this dryer. I recently used the Dyson at a friend’s and I like my Laifen better. It’s easier to use, but otherwise the same at a much lower price point. I wanted an extremely quiet dryer, which this is. The only sound you hear is the air, not the motor. It’s sleek and easy to hold. The magnetic attachment is simple to use, however it can be knocked off of the unit more easily than I would prefer. There is a small learning curve - hair dries quickly with the powerful wind-like air, so it can start to get tangled if not handled correctly. The cord is quite long and you have to get used to holding the dryer higher up so as not to block the air intake at the base. Would definitely recommend this dryer to anyone who is tired of having their hearing damaged by old-school hairdryers.

Good dryer when it worked. Purchased in July 2025 and it stopped producing hot air in December 2025. Used 4 times a week. Another note, during use the cord became hot.

Pretty good. Doesn’t get too hot and i dont need it to style. Just to dry my hair and the strong stream of air does it for me. Few minutes im done. Not as quier as advertised but i guess its ok compared to the shark. That one shrieks
