Does it stain skin or the tile in the shower?

Stain to me means you can't get it out. I will stay on my skin, and I just wash with soap 2-3 times to get it off. It does color my shower a bit (If I let it sit there), but Wears off in a day or two, or I can get it off immediately if I use a bleach-based cleaner. But it's never stained anything I couldn't get it out of.

Does this product work to cover grays?

Our hair healthy formula is deposit-only, so the often thick cuticle layer of naturally gray or white strands can sometimes prevent color from staying put. All gray hair reacts a little differently to color because the structure of the strand is very different from the structure of a white-blonde bleached strand. We see some people apply our conditioners to naturally gray, white, or salt-and-pepper hair and it soaks the color right up. Others have gray hairs that are more stubborn and don’t like to take color unless you process with traditional dye, which contains cuticle-opening chemicals that you won’t find in oVertone products. Can someone explain what this does, im really confused?

It's a conditioner that deposits color on your hair as you use it. The color will last a few washes. It's not permanent.
