It works.
I only have one mobile device don't know if it's my mobile device or the memory stick. It's been working for a year no problems just if I push it all the way in it loses connection with my mobile device I have to just make sure it's pulled down snug, it's like the pins are too long or something. Wouldn't stop me from buying another one it's worked flawlessly over a year no issues, gets recognized right away. Just if you have issues where it loses connectivity just make sure it's not pushed in all the way just pull it out until there's a little bit of tension works flawlessly after that. My mobile device is a Motorola. Again no idea if the problem is my device female plug port or the USB stick pins. The USB drive does work flawlessly as long as I don't push it in all the way never had a problem with it. Just leaving this review in case someone else has a problem losing connectivity, this might solve your issue. Once it clicks in it just goes in too far on my device and the pins slide off the USB female connection going in too far. So I just pull it back until it doesn't want to come out without forcing it out no problem. I guess I would say it's not a snug fit that would be part of the problem. Every device is different though could just be mine. I've never lost any data and never had any problems with the device being recognized every time just can't push it all the way in.

Unbelievable
We live in the future! This drive can carry over a dozen HD quality feature films! But what really blows me away is that it can read at speeds of up to 400 megabytes per second! I played back some HD videos and they ran perfectly on my LG smart TV! Imagine carrying around a library of HD quality feature movies in a flash drive smaller than of a stick of gum - and being able to plug it into a smart TV and play them without any other device! Crazy!!! We live in the future! I give this flash drive w/dual connectors the HIGHEST recommendation! It is miraculous!

Good general thumb drive with flexibility to adapt for USB-A and USB-C
This is a good product. The casing material even though it made from plastic but it does not look cheap. The cap is a good fit and stays put mainly with friction (as opposed to snap in place). It puts on smoothly with little sound and does not feel like something comes off. The cap sits deep and it does not feel that it will come loose easily over time. The USB-C to USB-A adaptor stays at the back of the unit to put on USB-C connector. The connection is good and feel that it stay tight together. However, using for USB-A for connection is a secondary design purpose just in case you happen to use it with device that only have USB-A interface from time to time basis. Once you put on USB-A adaptor, the cap will not fit the USB-A plug any more. Therefore for a long term use with USB-A or primarily interface is for USB-A then this drive is not a perfect fit application.

As good as it gets
I was hoping that this newer USB jump drive would be faster than my older jump drives, but this was not the case. As is true with every jump drive that I have recently tested, this unit was fast with small folders, reading and storing a 1.5 GB folder of small files in about 10 seconds. However, a 15 GB folder (600 large files) took six minutes to read and store. If you are working with large folders, either get a SSD and an external enclosure, or a M.2 drive and an external enclosure. Using a USB 3 connection, these will read and store the 15 GB folder in 45 seconds for the SSD and 35 seconds for the M.2 drive. A 27 GB folder (36,000 small files) took 130 seconds with the SSD, and 120 seconds with the M.2 drive. I didn't even try this folder on the jump drive - life is too short. If you are just working with files under about 2 GB, this jump drive is a good choice. Plus, it has a detachable adaptor for connecting USB C devices to a standard USB port (but not the other way around). It does get warm after lots of reading or writing, but not hot enough to be a problem. All in all, a reasonably-priced, good choice for a jump drive.

Speed & Versatility
Excellent product. Very satisfied with this, exactly what I needed. I shoot YouTube videos on my Samsung Note9 this makes file transferring a breeze. I can record straight to the drive and promptly transfer it to my computer for editing. Transfer times are excellent. Breezes through my 4k footage in seconds. Also is a solid single body design, I've used others in the past that have sliders/moving parts, and they are good for a few uses, then the locks wear down and they become flimsy/unusable. Solid construction.

Worth the pricetag. If speed is your need you are done shopping.
This is a a technical review from a technician about how I use this professionally. If that's boring just buy it. This is the best USB/A & Type C drive there is.I take side jobs fixing people's computers either at their office or their home. 99% of people are great but sometimes I want out of their space ASAP. Well, this cuts down a fresh install of Windows 10 by 15 minutes at least, vs other thumbdrives. Most recently someone was locked out and they were going to pay more if I didn't have to do a fresh install. So I needed this to add an admin user via CMD and it turned a 15 to 20 min into a 1 or 2 min job. Very very happy. I could not be happier. For the 99% of people I don't mind chit chatting with it makes them even more impressed and think I am even better than I really am. Good tools make the difference. There is enough space here that I partitioned the drive with windows 10 for fresh installs and then 2 portable versions of antivirus (depending on their free one from their ISP), a screen saver with my business info on it, portable CCleaner and EaseUS and some other settings on the other partition. If it is a customer I want to go above and beyond with I can just get all this done off the jump with no internet access and it rarely matters how good their computer is. I mean this thing is just great.
