Bottle partially empty. I’ll be returning.

Very excited to get this as I had bought a bottle in Asia as well. This bottle seemed like it had already been used. Look how low the level was when I pulled it out of the box. I’m a bit worried to use this as it might be a product that has been switched out. I’ll be returning it.
