As someone who is on antidepressants,PTSD meds, & insomnia meds, I still look for other natural ways to support my mood through the days because I eventually want to wean off the prescriptions. I workout daily and eat clean, but my moods fluctuate. I’ve taken this for about 5 days now and feel the difference. I will be subscribing to this product for sure ! Even with sleep meds, I don’t always get the best sleep quality. This supplement has helped me with everything!
