Is mayonnaise an instrument?

Of course it is. especially if my aim is to make a sandwich or some fish sticks, mayonnaise is an instrument i use to achieve these.

Is that a trick where you use 3 oils so you can say it is avocado mayonnaise when in fact it is at the most 1/3 avocado oil?

It’s a step in the right direction. It’s at least 1/3 less of harmful oils.

Isn't this is extremely deceiving? Avocado oil on the front, but actually a blend with other cheap oils. Don't buy!

The reason for this is to make a cheap product and pass it off as Avocado Mayo. "By Law" if you look at just the 3 oils used, the ingredients list could be 33% Avocado oil and 66% of cheap hydrogenated oils. Hydrogenated fats stay in the body for 51 days. This is not a healthy alternative. Just make your own mayo. It is super easy and much cheaper!

Why is it cut with all these other oils that I am trying to avoid based on the misleading label?

Exactly. By cutting with two different oils, it allows them to put Olive Oil as the 2nd ingredient, when there is actually more of the "other oils" than the olive oil. Just trying to trick consumers into thinking it is made mostly of olive oil.

Everyone has their own mayo preference I know, but if you’re still on the fence, do try Kraft’s mayo. It’s creamy, smooth & has no “oily” taste like others I tried back in the day. You can even use it in a cake, just substitute mayo instead of using veggie oil, it’s that good.
