My kids love these! My oldest only takes them if he is still really energetic close to bedtime. They work very well without leaving them foggy the next morning! Our 5yr old struggles to shut his brain off at bedtime so these help him unwind. I wanted something that didn’t have melatonin, and tasted good. 9yr old is very picky so it’s nice we found something he can use if he feels he needs help winding down.

This has been amazing, we have tried multiple different types of gummies for our kids. This was one of the only ones the kids would take constantly and it helped them ease into the night and 30 min later you have to carry them to bed. I have bought this 4 times at this point. Quality is consistent and its very effective!

Effective at helping grandson fall asleep when having difficulty. He seems to like the taste of them. I love that there is no melatonin in them. Texture is good.

Definitely helps our son who is on the spectrum sleep better. There are still some nights he wakes up and stims. He says it tastes good. More effective than the melatonin we were giving him. Will definitely continue purchasing in the future.

I originally bought these chelated magnesium sleep gummies for my six-year-old—but wow, they’ve been amazing for our whole family! My partner and I tried them too, and even after just one night we all noticed a big difference. The calmness they create is incredible. It’s not that they “knock you out,” but they ease your body and mind into a deeply relaxed, comfortable state that makes falling asleep so much easier. I usually struggle with restlessness and wake up multiple times throughout the night, and I’ve tried everything under the sun (even prescription medications). My son is 9 and has autism and he could probably stay up all night if I let him. I’ve been giving him them for almost a week now and he hasn’t woken up one time in the night like he used to. He falls asleep a lot quicker and he wakes up very well rested. He’s a picky eater and he loves the taste of these. It says to give him two for his age and I give him one and he does great! These work so well for my kiddo! She loves them. Flavor is great. She takes 1 gummy and is ready for sleep within a half hour and goes to sleep so easily! Without them she fights sleep and we have to put her back in her bed several times. They haven't helped her stay asleep, but it stopped the bedtime battle at least!

Update 1/2/2026 from original review: When I originally purchased these, I reached out to the company regarding their reported third party testing. They never responded despite two attempts. I began to do some digging and found very little information about this company and its address appears to be some sort of distribution center. So, I purchased a more reputable brand with similar ingredients. While I have no proof, I strongly worry this one is contaminated with undeclared melatonin or something else due to the stark difference in my daughter’s behavior on the new one (not effective at all). I can’t prove that concern of course but there is something in these gummies that even sedates my husband and I. It’s scary how potent it is. Original: These actually work. I have a hyperactive 4-year-old who has great difficulty winding down for sleep. We tried behavioral modifications, routines, etc. A week ago, I tried a melatonin herbal blend from another company and it worked. That’s when I found this one with similar ingredients but NO melatonin. I have been amazed how my daughter calms down, asks to go to sleep, and falls asleep quickly. She likes the taste. Instead of spending an hour fighting sleep, she is getting an additional hour of sleep. I wish I’d known about this with my oldest child years ago who had similar struggles. Highly recommend if you’ve tried routines and healthy sleep habits already.
