Cooler ,/ evaporative function didn't work. Water just sits there in tank and dooes not get absorbed. Also keeps switching off despite being plugged in. Also it is really loud!

It's...fine? It's better than the usb desktop fan I had without a water tank, but it's not the life changing cool blast I'd hoped for. It uses an old style usb connector which is a bit annoying. It's quite noisy which is ok for on my desk but unclear if it's going to be suitable to run overnight. I think knowing what I know now, I probably would buy it again because it's an improvement on my existing fan, but I wouldn't want to pay more than £15 for it

The instructions on how to use it aren’t clear at all, where do you put the water? It says the water tank is at the bottom on the instructions but it looks like the water goes into the top? I put water in the top hoping it was the right place so hopefully it doesn’t break but the reviews don’t help either they all say the same thing like they’ve been written by the same person, it’s on at the moment and it is nice and cold but it’s tiny and the instructions aren’t clear

It is ok but I'm not sure why other people think it is so great. The booklet with it is deeply unhelpful as is the AI bot who is meant to answer questions. More importantly when fully charged it only lasts about 3 or 4 hours so how on earth is that helpful overnight? It does provide some cool but isn't nearly as powerful as the reviews I read led me to expect. It is ok as a little desk fan in an office maybe but very disappointing as some kind of "air conditioning" unit.

I have used this portable air conditioner for few days now, the set up is very straightforward and it cools my room efficiently and quickly. I appreciate how sleek, user friendly, and quiet it is when in use. Additionally, it has a built in dehumidifier as a bonus. If you are looking for a convenient product to stay cool this heat period, this is a fantastic choice, not forgetting the very affordable price. I definitely recommend.

Absolute waste of plastic, Instructions where useless, apparently according to instructions there is a water trough at bottom of the tiny unit, how you get water in it without spilling it everywhere is beyond me, there is what looks like a foam inside at the bottom but no idea how to get water in. Put water in the top, had it on for pretty much 6hours running at full power with room closed, no change to temperature, don't bother wasting your money, these units do not work, picked up a bigger better unit from local shop and even that wasn't much better. Stick with a full sized fan and a frozen bottle of water behind it on a tray.

Small, and great for having on top of your desk while working. It doesn't use the mesh technology as a larger unit would, but rather there is a small water compartment on top that helps add a notable cool refreshing breeze from the fan. I wouldn't use this to "cool a room" but for the pricepoint and portability/size, it's a great little unit to have close-by whilst working at a desk etc.
