Needed a few hours in the decanter to open up. Not the best crusted Port I’ve tasted but still very drinkable.

5* port , but -5* delivery
a present for my parents who have really enjoyed it previously, one comment on age verification on delivery, it would help if Amazon didnt drive around and past my house aimlessly (not efficient use of time) then suddenly only to say couldn't deliver (not first time) , hopefully the port arrives next day

Bought it as a christmas present for my Dad as it was recommended by the Independant. He really liked it and said it tasted amazing. It was hard to decant either.

Delicious - stock up!
Delicious - like a bunch of dark fruits bursting in your mouth! Do yourself a favour and stock up for those special occasions (or even just for Saturday evening)

As good as some LBV's I have tasted
Delicious Port - very creamy to taste. Not much heat, just a smooth drink which gives flavours of wine rather than sugar. As good as some LBV's I have tasted.

This is a very nice port, I have tried others at the same price point and this compares very favourably. I have to say it is my favourite port.
