Great product and even better customer experience. My steam iron stopped working, which led me to email the seller directly and the process was quick & seamless - they were very prompt with their response and immediately provided a refund as well since they couldn’t arrange a pick up. [PRODUCT EXPERIENCE] ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 👉 Found this steamer to be just the right size to pack in my travel bag. It does hold less water making it easier to use and store. I found this one heat up quicker than my other one. I tried it on my dress shirt that had little wrinkles. Hung my shirt on a hanger on the bathroom door hook and a few passes of the streamer and the wrinkles were gone. It also worked well on my sports coat. I have only tried out the iron feature once on one of my T-shirts and it worked great. It took a little longer as it is a small size but did remove all creases and wrinkles. Overall a good product to have when traveling. Also note, I purchased the Philips steamer for more in cost originally but it underperformed. The Jack & Rose steamer is a top performer in the steamer category and is the best I've ever used, even better than my Conair. The seller confirmed the 2 year warranty as well!
