Quality roof rack. Was able to assemble and install by myself in about an hour (although a 30 second helping hand for the assembled unit lift onto the roof would be nice.) All parts fit together perfectly and the coating seems to be durable.

Overall, I’m very happy with this roof rack once it was installed. The aluminum construction keeps the weight down, it feels solid, and it looks great on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU. The finish is excellent, and all of the parts fit together well. The biggest downside is the installation instructions. They are extremely vague and leave out one of the most important details: the rear mounting brackets install behind the rear window hinge assembly, not over it. I spent a lot of time trying to figure this out because the included instructions don’t clearly show the mounting sequence. The YouTube installation video for this rack was much more helpful than the printed manual. The most difficult part of the installation is attaching the rear brackets. You have to remove the factory Torx bolts that hold the rear glass hinge to the hardtop, slip the bracket between the hinge and the hardtop, and then reinstall the hinge. It’s definitely a two-person job if you want to make it easier. Once I understood how it was supposed to mount, everything made sense. A few suggestions for future buyers: * Watch the Hooke Road installation video before starting. * Leave every bracket loose until all four mounting points are installed. * Don’t panic if the rear glass shifts slightly after installing one side—it will realign once both rear brackets are installed. * Be prepared to spend more time on the rear hinge installation than the instructions suggest. Despite the frustrating instructions, the finished product looks fantastic, feels sturdy, and was exactly the style I was looking for. If Hooke Road updated the instruction manual with better diagrams and a clearer explanation of the rear hinge installation, this would easily be a 5-star product.

Great roof rack, lightweight and easy to assemble. Came with all parts necessary to install. The instructions weren't bad if you have common. Sense you can put this together easily it took me about 2 hours from taking everything out the package to final install. The cross bars can hold weight as it was on the floor I lost balance and stepped on one and it didn't bend at all, so great job with that. Driving down the road I didn't notice and extra wind noise or MPG drop of course there isn't anything on it right now. Overall, a great product at a great price! Also the Jeep looks great!

HOOKE ROAD roof rack was made very well and pack very well also !! The powder coat was very good !! Putting it together wasn’t bad ! But instructions needs better pictures ! You will need help with the install ! Would buy again !! Price was the best on line !! The fit was also good !!

easy but took a bit longer to put together than I wanted ( no patience ) it looks nice, is sturdy and is functioning as intended. I don't notice added noise.
