Will this fit 2020 rmz450

Yes, this would be a great tire for your bike.

Hi my stock tire size is 140/80 - 18. Will the 110 fit my rim? I just want to use on sand dunes.

Yes, this will most likely fit. It's rated up to 2.5" width for rim size

What size is this tire

This listing is for the 110/100-18 size tire. We also carry this in a 120/90-19

Since it says this is only a three-ply sidewall tire, what air pressure should it be running?

Well I bought it for primarily sandy conditions. So at the dunes I run it between 8-10psi. In areas that are sandy/rocky I’ll run it at 15psi to help avoid pinches.
