I’ve taken individual tablets by mouth and I’ve also crushed two tablets, mixed them with half and half and made some delicious super probiotic yogurt. Tablets easy to swallow and also easy to crush. I discovered yogurt is easy to make. I was told this strain provides immune system-boosting effects, particularly effective against viral respiratory illnesses. I’ll definitely buy these again.

I find this brand of probiotics to be highly effective at a reasonable cost. if targeting a specific need yo can find the probiotic that's applicable in most cases.

Upon doing my own research of the strongest factor in probiotics. I found that this vitamin was meeting all the steps I was looking for. After using this, my gut decreased I don’t feel bloated. Also my kitty is so balanced I’m most proud of that part. If you’re reading this, get it girl! Ps. I take cranberry probiotics weekly. But this addition is well needed! Feels like I have the real deal instead of all the junk that’s in the name brands.
