What can I say GARDEN OF LIFE IS KING!!!
This stuff basically appears to be just kefir turned into powder. Kefir DEFINITELY takes some more to up keep an maintain if u wanted to take that optimal route which I DO SUGGEST u do that and eat the grains. BUT when ur in a bind this is a LEGENDARY convenient option u will be very pleased and it helps with so many health problems that are caused basically by eating fake food with POSIONS in it meant to de populate us but that's a story in itself 8)))) I tottaly recommend this stuff in conclusion inless u wanna do Kefir types ect. Costosissimo e non ha funzionato
Conosco la marca e mi sono fidata, ma forse per i lunghi tempi di spedizione e/o il caldo di questi giorni, non hanno sortito alcun effetto. Tra l’altro sono talmente cari che non credo di riordinarli e provare nuovamente.

No pedir en verano
El producto es excelente, mucha variedad y cantidad de cepas, de lo mejor que hay. Sientan fenomenal al estómago y hace unos yogures de coco con un sabor increíble. El problema es que el envío no es refrigerado, te llega tal cual, por lo que sólo tiene sentido pedirlo cuando la temperatura exterior es baja. Al ser un polvo y no tener una cápsula protectora, no debe nunca exceder los 22°C. Lo conservo en la nevera desde hace semanas y perfecto.
