This thing is beautiful and very finely crafted. I thought it was a bit expensive but after opening the box it’s worth every penny…I bought another smaller House of cribbage board too and it’s equally nice I’ll be gifting that one…I can’t believe how nicely made this board is everyone just says wow…

I started searching for a new board because I wanted a cribbage board that wouldn't be prone to lose the pegs when not in use. When I came across this board I was astounded by the artistic quality of the woodwork. Although, the price is more than I really wanted to pay for a game board I went ahead and splurged on it due to the fact that it was more than a simple board, it is a work of art. I love the compartment for cards and pegs. It seems to hold both in place to an understandable degree. I mean, they would probably come loose if the board was shaken violently or turned over, but they would not fall out of the compartment and be lost. The woodwork is excellent and the pictures do it justice. If you have the money, I would recommend getting this most excellent cribbage board.

My friends and I really like this 4-track cribbage board. It’s exactly as the pictures show and arrived extremely fast. Definitely recommend and I might buy some other designs, just for fun.

Based on the reviews I've read of this company and their products, my expectations were set too high. Still, for this kind of money, expectations should be high. The workmanship is just okay. The drawer only fits one way; that is, if you reverse the direction of the drawer, and put it in, it doesn't line up with the body at all. Even in the correct direction, there are large gaps on the sides. The top, which is nice to look at, is clearly cut with a laser, so it is very clean and sharp. Yet you'll notice chips in various places, and while say the maple is flat and flush with the body, the rosewood will be bumped up and above the surface. Not a huge deal, but again, there's a lack of quality control. In one drawer, the bloodwood was cracked, and there was a clear place were they made a mistake, then tried to sand it away, leaving the sanded marks and scratches all showing. Who inspects these boards?! I still gave two stars because it is very pretty to look at from afar, and isn't junk by any means. I suppose if you aren't a stickler for details, then go for it. But if an array of imperfections annoy you, then look elsewhere.

I bought this cribbage board for my wife's birthday. We play every day. It literally is a super-detailed handmade work of art. We cannot recommend it enough. It also makes for a beautiful showpiece on the coffee table.

This is a beautiful board. Amazing attention to detail. The surface has more texture than I expected. Nothing is ink, it's all etched (probably with a laser given the detail) and inlaid wood. If you're the breeding type, your kids's kids will treasure this for decades to come.

This board is absolutely beautiful. The inlays are tight, the carving is sharp and precise. It was a gift for my parents who are crib enthusiasts but have only ever had the simple board or the plastic travel boards. The only problem with it I saw is the storage bag that was included which although very nice, is too small for the board to fit into. Not a problem for my parents as it will always be on display on the table. They play daily.

This an excellent board although there are more games on this board than we know how to play! We have one and gifted it to two tot her people so far.

This board is beautiful and very well built. I bought this for my husband as a gift and he loves it. I was nervous as he's big into wood work and is picky about wood, but he was impressed. We take it with us if we're leaving town for a few days and it's very easy to pack up and go. Beautiful and convenient.
