Excellent bluetooth earphones with adequate noise canceling and audio
Not ready to move up to an Apple AirPod until they get around to releasing their newer generation. That may or may not happen by the end of 2018. In the meantime, I needed something light and wireless for listening to music and taking phone calls. Browsing through Amazon, I came upon this product from AMORNO that had many positive reviews. It was also remarkably inexpensive compared to Apple's offering. I have never worn wireless earbuds before. My fear was that they would fall out of the ear. I was quite surprised that with the default ear adapter in place, it snuggly fit inside my ear canal to the point that I could actually shake my head and these did not come loose. This product comes with additional adapters that should compensate for any user ear size. Pairing was tricky but if you follow these instructions, you should have no issues. I am including instructions for the MacBook and iPhone but these should be similar for other devices... 1. Open Settings -> Bluetooth on your phone, tablet or computer (including MacBook Pro) 2. Simply press both earbuds at the same time watching for the indicator lights to flash red and wide. This puts the earbuds in pairing mode. Make sure both AMORNO HM 2060-R and AMORNO HM 2060-L show up under potential Bluetooth connects. 3. It's VERY IMPORTANT that if you want to use both earpieces at once (and I would imagine you would), that you ONLY CONNECT THE RIGHT earbud leaving the left alone. Again...ONLY CONNECT THE RIGHT. I sampled these earbuds connected to both my MacBook Pro and iPhone. I also used an equalizer to boost the bass. Overall, the audio quality and noise cancelation were adequate. The earphones were able to only slightly reduce ambient noise to the point where the music was elevated as a focal point in a noisy environment. You won't get the kind of noise cancelation from more expensive cup headphones -- but I did not expect that. The audio was quite good, though when I boosted bass levels, they were not well defined. I understood the audio quality I would get at this price point, and I am quite pleased with the level I am hearing. Charging is very easy. You simply click each earbud into their corresponding spot in the charging case. A USB connector plugs them into a power outlet. Be sure you actually close the case when you are charging. The charge time is estimated at about 2 hours. The company claims that you will get a little over 2 hours playback on each charge. Every time you take these out of your ears and charge, then use them, your phone, tablet or computer remembers the connection so there is no need to do any re-pairing. And yes, absolutely, you can receive phone calls with these earbuds. That function worked quite well and during my testing, I did receive a phone call. A simple press to one of the earbuds allowed a connection. I was easily able to hear and talk to the other party. If you want to end a call, simply short press the earphone again. These earbuds do include a microphone. You can reject a phone call by long pressing the earbud. You can also redial the last number called by short pressing the earbud twice. There are even voice prompts that guide you through connections. I am not certain if this is a function done through your connected device or the earbuds themselves. However, it was nice to hear a female voice letting me know I was connected and disconnected. Overall, I would rate these very high for its price point. The audio won't necessarily blow you away compared to earbuds costing two or three times more, but it does provide clear, robust audio with just enough noise-canceling that you can concentrate on your music. I would highly recommend these!

Good wireless earbuds for the price!
I have multiple types of headphones for various reasons. I do music and video production, so I am typically using wired on-ear headphones. When I'm on the go, I am usually using Apple EarPods (the ones that come with most Apple products). I also have a pair of wireless bluetooth headphones from Beats by Dre when I want a little bit more freedom. These are all great products depending on usage, but I never ventured into the earbuds category. I've always had a fear they would reduce the quality of the sound compared to what I'm used to. I do a lot of physical activity, and having a big pair of on-ear headphones can get too bulky. Also, If they have wires, they get in the way! This is the moment when I decided to bite the bullet and try looking into earbuds. Scrolling through the Amazon's Choice selections, I came across the AMORNO Wireless Earbuds for $59.99. AMORNO claimed their earbuds were noise cancelling, had high "super bass" sound quality, and were great for exercise. I put these to the test. When the earbuds arrived, it came in a small box. The front of the box showed AMORNO's branding with their slogan, "for Smart and Activity Life." This doesn't make grammatical sense at all and made me feel like I purchased some cheap Chinese products. Even the description below stated, "Wireless Earburds with Microphone." What did I buy here?! If they can't even spell the name of their products correctly on their packaging, do they even care about their product? After unboxing, I saw the earbuds came in a small storage box that also works as a charging case. As the earbuds sit in it, the case connects to a charging source via USB. This can be handy if you're out of power and want to get some extra juice without having access to a plug. However, the earbuds will only last up to 3-hours of playtime when fully charged. This isn't much time at all, so definitely keep this in mind for how you'd be using them. The box also had a small plastic bag with extra ear tips for small, medium, and large depending on the fit of your ear. This was a nice addition as we all have different sized ear holes, and this can help customize the fit accordingly. Alas, I found the manual. It was half in English and half in Chinese. The English was somewhat straight forward, but I could tell it had a lot of grammatical errors. This made me lose confidence in the product altogether. After opening the charging case, I took out the actual earbuds and twisted them into my ears. They felt snug and stayed in my ears even when moving my head. Since they were wireless, it gave me a lot of freedom to move around. My first step was to connect both left and right earbuds together by holding down on the Power button for a few seconds. From here, I was able to connect them to my phone via bluetooth. This process was very smooth, and I had zero errors. Now for the big test! I played some music. The earbuds felt like they increased the bass of whatever I was listening to. I feel this could get annoying if listening to music for longer than an hour. As far as the "noise cancelling" feature AMORNO described, they did reduce the ambient noise, but they were not fully noise cancelling. I was still able to hear noises around me, but they were muffled. For going to the gym or doing other sorts of physical activity, I can see these being a pretty solid pair of earbuds. They function well, stay in your ears, and will give you a lot of freedom wired headphones cannot provide. Overall, I did like the earbuds. I think they are a good product to use for physical activities as they stick in your ears pretty well. They increase the bass of the music which is good for the short term, but I can see it getting annoying for longer listening periods. The charging/carrying case is also a nice little feature to store your earbuds away when not in use and still keep them charged. For $59.99, I think these earbuds are a pretty good value compared to others on the market.

Finally, the best Earbuds ever! Comfortable and Excellent sound quality.
I have been a Bluetooth earpiece junkie for years. I am not joking when I tell you that I have purchased over 30 pairs of these devices - constantly on the lookout for a comfortable set that I would be able to wear for hours without my ears developing a sore spots and excellent sound quality and long battery life. I have finally found my dream Earbuds! AMORNO has nailed the wearability factor. These devices are so super comfortable. Honestly, it is like they took a mold of my ear, these earbuds fit so well. And the sound is remarkable. I live in Michigan and there is this white stuff that falls from the sky called snow. We were hit with a storm and I needed to pull out my snowblower and take care of business. This blower is LOUD! I popped these earbuds in and listened to my podcast and they silenced the gas power snow dragon. The storage case/charger is elegant. It stores power to charge the earbuds, I think there is like 5 charges. I didn't think the door snapped shut, just sort of laid on top and I had a complaint about this. However, I was wrong. With a bit of a push, it snapped tight. I also thought I had a bit of a complaint about the case being sort of foggy and not looking sharp. Turns out there was a thin protective plastic layer that I needed to peel off. :) Pairing. These are 2 independent devices. So they need to pair both to the smartphone and to each other. Well, what could be rather tricky was so easy and well done with verbal feedback. I powered up my right earbud, then the left. Heard it verbally confirm pairing. Then did my normal Bluetooth pairing to the smartphone - DONE! I mean super easy. When I pull them out and hit the power button, my smartphone immediately pairs. No issues. Finally, battery life. I will come back and add to this review after I have tested the earbuds power more. I haven't had any issues, but I truly want to go from a full charge to dead, then back again and report to everyone. Thank you for reading my extended review.

Hardest time pairing I've ever had...
Honestly, I tried to pair these things 12 times, which is 11 times too many. The instructions say to power both earbuds on at the same time, then go to Bluetooth on the Iphone and connect to the RIGHT channel "to connect both channels". Your Iphone sees two separate devices, the LEFT and RIGHT. I own a different pair (and lost them which explains this purchase) which required you to turn both left and right buds on, but the two channels communicate with one another, appear as one device in the iPhone, and takes literally one try to pair. The end. This manufacturer skipped that step to bring these to market quicker, and results in this: I turn on both left and right. As per the instructions I connect to the right channel, and I only hear sound out of the right channel and the left NEVER connects automatically. So I invented an extra step which is not in the manual and clicked on connect for the LEFT channel in addition to the right channel which results in pairing and the left channel now has sound, but it drops sound from the right channel. Quizzically in Bluetooth both left and right display as connected. This leaves me with no option other than to disconnect from the RIGHT, then repair, which then results in sound being dropped from the left channel. Another thing is, the right channel (when it has sound), sounds great, when I pair the left channel, the volume is about 80% lower than the right. The only way these can get worse is if they didn't pair at all and no sound came out... I have to try and return these, either they're broken or they're utter garbage, no in between. And I think its the latter...

Best music sound quality w/COMPLETE noise cancellation
These true wireless earbuds have the best sound quality that I have found in this price range (and even better than some of the higher price ranges). If you're looking for earbuds with a wide tonal range for listening to music, these will do great! I'm kind of a snob when it comes to judging sound quality and I have found earbuds that surpass all that I've tried in this price range and true wireless "in ear" categories. And the noise cancellation is no joke! When these go in your ears, you have officially tuned everything else out. It's almost like putting in ear plugs, but with the added benefit of playing audio and making phone calls. I travel a lot and these earbuds cancel out all that extra noise while on a plane. However, my overall 3 star rating comes from the call quality and connection quality. The moment I connected them to my android phone (which was so simple and did not take long at all), I called a friend and asked how well he could hear/understand my voice. He described it as if I were calling him from a bathroom or talking to him (in person) from another room. It's clear, but sounds extremely far away. My wife has complained that she can't hear me anytime I use these to talk. So much so that I don't even use them for phone calls anymore. Which is a complete letdown since they are no longer convenient for that purpose. Another problem, that started shortly after purchasing these earbuds, is that the left earbud randomly loses connection for no reason at all. It'll reconnect on it's own, but keep dropping randomly. I've even upgraded my phone to Samsung's Note 9, and still I have the same issues as before. It's annoying as hell. When those two design flaws are fixed this will be, hands down, the BEST "true wireless" earbuds in any price range!

(UPDATED) My Original Earbuds were defective.
-- Updated Review 01/22/2019 -- I received the other pair White/Gold (free of charge from Amorno support Team) and did the same tests regarding Talk time and Music playtime. Everything works great and battery holds almost as advertised. -- Updated Review 01/17/2019 -- My original Gray/Black earbuds seem to be defective. Battery doesn't hold up as advertised. 1 week later a bought another pair white/gold for my cousin and she likes them a lot. I also tried to do the same tests with them and battery is fine. Talk time and music time is almost just as advertised, so definitely there is a problem with my earbuds only. Once I opened the case with Amazon for a full refund and also wrote this review on 01/10/2019, I have been immediately reached by AMORNO Support Team. They seemed responsive and took responsibility of their product, by offering a full refund or try another pair of Amorno earbuds. In my case I would give it another try as my cousin earbuds work fine. Thank you Amorno Team for being assistive and taking responsibility. --1st Review of the product 01/10/2019-- I just purchased these earbuds and have been using them these days to test their quality. Overall quality looks good so far but battery doesn't hold as much as the advertisement says (up to 3 hrs). Earbud was fully charged and still didn't exceed 1.7-2 hours of talk time. In order to make sure the tests were conducted properly, I did several of them and still got almost the same results. Not happy at all. If your battery is your concerns look for other product.

Goes in and out
Edit #2: While the company is eager to please, the product just doesn’t work well. The replacement pair started clipping in and out within a couple weeks. They’re just not worth the aggravation. EDIT: I got a pair of these and they weren't quite right (see original review, below), but the customer service was excellent. They were very eager to make the situation right, offering my choice of a refund or a new pair of earbuds. I opted for the new earbuds and they're working great. The audio is rich and full. They fit snugly (I did determine to get them to sit in my ears properly I have to pull my earlobe down a little while inserting them), and they don't wiggle or threaten to fall out. They charge quickly and the charging case closes nicely, which keeps them clean in my computer bag. Original Review: I bought these to filter out noise at work, but the audio goes in and out. So for a while it'll be stereo and the sound quality is pretty decent, but then it bounces around from left ear to right ear and it's more distracting than the conversations I'm trying to filter out. I wouldn't buy these again or recommend them.

The integrated remote gives you control over your music and also serves as a call control remote. Using the in-line remote microphone with mute and volume controls for hands-free call management, you can accept a call without fumbling around for your phone. You’ll forget you’re even wearing them thanks to the lightweight body, ultra-comfortable ‘locked-in’ silicone ear pads. They’re made with lightweight but durable materials for extended comfort and reliability. They sound great, they’re comfortable, and they stay in your ears even while active. Plus, they’re a great price considering the sound quality ($59.99 at the time of this review). I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Can't go wrong
Sound quality is very surprising. A bit bass heavy, which does color the music a bit. I tend to enjoy audio as natural as I can get it. Pounding beat is not what I look for. That said, the quality and clearity is on par with earbuds costing significantly more. Charging could not be simpler. I use mosting on my commute which is 1 hr each way. So I can get away with about 2 days of travel before a full charge of the earbuds are needed. Not active noise cancelling, but the fit is very good once you get the right size on. The snug fit is what blocks out noise. And it's rather effective. I think an hour or 2 is as long as I would wear them. They have a lot of hard plastic not what I would say as comfortable for long use. Syncs up with my Samsung without issue. Only issue I have is when you walk out into noisy area, the pick up mic. thinks your trying to give "Hey Google" commands and cuts the audio out. Once you move into a less noisy space there is no problem with the audio stream. The mic is pretty good for phone conversation and from what others tell me when I use them is that it could use a bit more attenuation. But in a quiet space it's good. For the price you would be hard pressed to find something better.

Great Quality for a Great Price!
Ive been wanting to try a pair of these for awhile now and i can say im blown away by the sound quality! The earbuds are a good fit and sit snug in the ear, light enough you can forget your wearing them. Deep rich bass and fair noise cancellation. The charge cradle is well built and has a nice sleek look. Battery life is good, 3 hours playtime on each earbud and 3 to 4 full charges from the cradle before charging is needed. Overall a great product for an amazing price! Update! : After using these everyday for almost a month now I can say they do work well, however im experiencing an issue with the volume on the Left earbud going up and down occasionally until i turn both the bluetooth off on both the phone AND the Left earbud to stop the issue. While walking and using both earbuds i have experienced rampant sync issues between the earbuds for which i have found no remedy. Its not a make or break but it is distracting to say the least and takes away from the expereince of using wireless earbuds.

Amazing Customer Service and FINALLY buds that don't cut out!!
Of all the true wireless headphones I tried, and I tried a bunch, these were the ONLY ones that didn't cut out on me . They were super easy to set up and use, right from the start, and performed very well. The sound was quite good, for an earbud playing MP3's; the bass helped to ease the usual tinny, bright trebles that normally accompany MP3 playback. I used the headphones very regularly for all my workouts and was quite pleased...UNTIL... I started training for a half marathon so my workout length increased. That's when I was disappointed to discover that the headphones quit after only 1 hour and 40 minutes of playback time. (dual mode) I checked the specs and confirmed that they were supposed to give 2-3 hours in dual mode. I contacted the company with the info provided in the box. They got back to me immediately; confirmed my issue, agreed it wasn't right, and promptly shipped me a brand new set of earbuds. I've only just received them so I can't say for sure what will happen, but I have no reason to believe they will not meet the specifications given. This level of customer service is outstanding and I was really impressed. Overall a very good purchase and I would't hesitate to recommend the Amorno brand to anyone.

Good stuff, but mine had connection issue between themselves
This product had good build quality, good sound for the price, but once at the gym, the left earbud had connection issue and the music started skipping. I have the Samsung S8, maybe that's the problem but I returned them and probably go with another brand.

A bit disappointing
I got them about 2 weeks ago knowing it wouldn't be like apple air pods but hoping they would last. They've been pretty bad for me. Pairing has not been a problem but whenever I use them they keep breaking connection and spazzing out. It's a bit annoying cuz I thought it was caused from being too far from my phone (My phone was in my pocket) but even when I moved it out of my pocket and lifted it by my ear it was still continuously breaking connection sometimes as long as 5 seconds of silence then continues to play the song only to break again. This might be an issue only I face since over all everything else seems to be okay. I'm not against returning them to get a pair that is fixed.
