Birkenstock Ladies Air Cushion

I bought these because I could not find the Birkenstock brand of shoe pads I had previously. The photo of these looks very underwhelming, but let me tell you, these things are unbelievable!Since I have plantar's fasciitis, I thought for sure these wouldn't work. I was wrong. But the best surprise is the padding in the metatarsal area - it makes wearing heels SO MUCH more comfortable. I have used other brands, some of which work fine in flat shoes, but these make a woman's shoe life wonderful!

I've worn these inserts before and they are a must for my foot for boots especially as I have such a narrow foot. They make a big difference in walking with comfort for over an hour.

These are probably great for high heels, but for your average shoe, they're hard to place properly & get them to stick in place. Not a lot of support & you can't easily switch them between different pairs of shoes. Money's better spent on SuperFeet if you're looking for some solid support.

I bought these to relieve pain from my Morton's Neuroma. They feel good and stay put, and they fit in most of my shoes and boots. I'm hesitant to rate these at 5 because they didn't really help me that much, but if you're not needing foot surgery and just want some good support and cushioning, these are great.

First, on the order page I didn't see a section for selecting size so I thought it would be one-size-fits-all with p ossibility of cutting to size. When these arrived I saw that they were actually sized -- very very large. And this configuration doesn't allow for cutting to size. Can't use these and will try to return.

Just didn’t fit my foot right. Good quality though. (Very picky about how they fit due to foot issues.)

They come with no instructions. You do not know where to place them in your shoes . When you get them in place they slip right out. I would not recommend these inserts.

These are only partial - in the middle of the foot - returned. Needs to be for the whole foot to be of use....
