The attachments worked well. I couldn't get the software to work on my phone so that was annoying. I worked on my PC though. It's impossible to clean your own ears by looking at the screen. The software and hardware isn't smart enough to know that you have turned or twisted the scope. So if you're not holding it correctly, if you turn right, on the screen may be any direction, left...up...down..etc. Price is fair enough though even with out the camera. The unit seems of high quality and attachments seem well designed.

I was looking for something to be able to clearly see my children's ears and not the cheap otoscope I purchased at the local drugstore. This works much better than I anticipated. It's a little strange looking at the computer/phone screen as opposed to looking straight into the ear, but you eventually get the hang of it and it's much more clear and detailed, and you can save the images. I've only used it with my laptop because it doesn't have an adapter for iPhone, but I'm very pleased with it thus far.

Had to download an app to get the camera to work, would not work with existing webcam app. Picture was ok

I can see all kinds of tiny details around my eardrum. It came with an attachment for an ear pick so I was also able to remove ancient wax from my ears using this. Great product indeed.

This is a must for any parent!

I have always been curious about how gross the inside of my ears were. Used this otoscope, turns out, they were pretty clean! I was able to use the camera to take out a piece of earwax. It took a lot of practice to orient the camera and move tools predictably, but you get the hang of it after a while.

I was very excited to get this but it's constantly disconnecting. Very annoying and camera is blurry and doesn't show the whole 360 view

I connected it to my laptop with no problem. The image is very clear and bright enough. The downside is that the shape of the plastic ear spoon is too flat making it hard to remove dirt in angled area.
