I have been taking this for over a year now and I love it. Consistency for me is hard especially if i don't see results right away lol but I managed to be very consistent with this product and I have to say it has paid off! My brain fog, energy and skin has improved significantly in a first few weeks and at the 6 months mark other people have noticed the changes. I just turned 50 and people tell me I look 35 which is a huge compliment. But that's just the outside benefit. Performance wise I have mental clarity and energy to get through my day at work which was a struggle for me in the past. This has given me energy and changed my skin completely wrinkles are diminished this product is amazing no joke. Take it for a month you will buy another bottle. Even my mental clarity is improved. Give it an entire month it takes time to work. Just an update I purchased it again high quality ingredients make a difference. Tried a different supplement it was not good I started feeling not so great. Went right back to Selerb and I will continue taking it for life. I feel great have energy skin and joint health improved amazing product!

This was another TikTok impulse purchase. (I have problems. But I’m working on it). I have been feeling pretty rummy and run down lately - all of the issues the TikTok video claimed to correct with one simple supplement. It wasn’t the most expensive supplement I’ve seen out there so I gave it a try. The dosage was fairly typical so it was easy to incorporate, but I didn’t really notice any significant changes in my energy levels, appearance, or in any of the issues I was attempting to correct. It didn’t upset my stomach so that was nice and I didn’t feel worse after taking it so that was also good, but I didn’t feel any better either. Since I stopped taking it, I feel exactly the same so I am not sold on how effective this supplement really is. I kind of feel like I got had by another TikTok fad. But at least it wasn’t an expensive experiment.
